Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During preorder periods or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is included with your shipping option).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, or postal delays.

USA: 1–5 business days
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
Once packages are handed over to delivery service FedEx, delivery delays are unfortunately outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damage (if applicable)
We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.
Preorders:
If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order may ship together once the preorder item becomes available, unless otherwise specified.
