Due to the nature of signed books, limited edition items, and handmade or small-batch merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by FedEx once they have been shipped. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If you notice an address error, please get in touch with us immediately before your order ships.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only considered in the following situations:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrives significantly damaged
- The order cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
